I don't care who you praise, but whatever Guac God you're currently praising will soon be replaced. This guacamole recipe has been a hit time and time again. It packs a nice little zing and kick with every bite. Sometimes, I even eat it all one its lonesome self! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as everyone else and myself has.   • 4 ripe avocados mashed
  • 4 Serrano peppers finely chopped seeds and all
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro finely chopped 
  • 1/4 cup White onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Salt (add more to your preference)
  • 1 Lemon squeezed juice


Mash the avocados. Once the avocados have been mashed, combine all together, stir in salt and lemon juice until you reach the desired flavor (I use a good amount of lemon juice because it helps to keep it from browning...and i love the little kick).  

PS - Don't be afraid to switch this recipe up a little bit, I personally have experimented with this recipe a lot depending on what I had readily available and none the less the basis of this recipe has never failed me....yet...
